Sauber has continued its recent recruitment drive by appointing former Ferrari and Haas engineer Ruth Buscombe as a strategist.?Buscombe worked at Haas earlier this season and helped orchestrate Romain Grosjeans fifth- and sixth-place finishes in Australia and Bahrain. Previously she had been at Ferrari as a simulations development engineer before moving into the role of race strategist in 2013.She left Ferrari at the end of 2015 for F1 debutant Haas as strategy engineer, the same role she has now taken at Sauber.
