Leicester coach Richard Cockerill says Manu Tuilagi is not ready to make his international return despite a successful comeback in Fridays 25-19 Aviva Premiership defeat at Harlequins. Tuilagi has sat out the last three matches with a hamstring strain, just two games after finally overcoming a groin problem that had kept him in the treatment room for 15 months. The 24-year-olds power helped set up Leicesters only try with England head coach Eddie Jones watching from the stands. Jones plans to use Tuilagi in the Six Nations clash with Wales on March 12, but Tigers director of rugby Richard Cockerill views that target as ambitious.Manu got through the game and did some good things and made some errors as well, but everybody makes errors, Cockerill said.Lets hope Manu can stay on the field and we can keep him playing. Manu played his first game here for a few weeks, so well see where that leads to.Hes not ready to play at Test level yet. Hes played one game and still isnt quite sharp, as you saw. He did some things but needs to be managed properly.Me and Eddie can have that discussion. If hes fit, he can play. If hes not then he wont. Well be sensible about it.Harlequins leapfrogged Leicester into third place in the Premiership table with a victory founded on the kicking of fly-half Ben Botica, who finished with 20 points. That was a great win for the team and I thought that Ben Botica really fronted up in terms of his play. That is the mark of a proper sportsman, director of rugby Conor OShea said. You always have parts of a season where you lose games and you get into a difficult time and you have a performance like we had last week against Gloucester, but I thought that the reaction of the boys was magnificent.I was getting sick of people saying that we are missing players, weve got plenty good enough players to win matches and we should have beaten Newcastle, but we didnt. We should have beaten Northampton, but we didnt. Now have your say… Please tell us what you think by giving us your comments below or alternatively, why not Tweet us @SkySportsRugby? HARTFORD, Conn. -- Lawyers for former Yale basketball captain Jack Montague are seeking a court order that would allow him to return to class while he fights his expulsion for what the university says was sexual misconduct. The senior point guard was thrown out of Yale in February after a university committee upheld a sexual assault complaint.Montague says the October 2014 sexual encounter was consensual, and no criminal charges were brought. He filed a federal lawsuit in June, arguing the school misled and coerced the accuser into cooperating in the complaint. The lawsuit and the motion filed Monday afternoon also allege the school wanted to make an example of the popular athlete. He has already suffered, and continues to suffer, irreparable injury -- his ability to complete his education and receive the degree he had all but earned prior to his expulsion hangs in the balance, and his employment prospects are dim, attorney Max Stern wrote in the new court filing. Only immediate relief in the form of full reinstatement as a student at Yale can rectify this damage and restore him to the position he was in prior to Yales unlawful conduct.Yale spokesman Tom Conroy called thee lawsuit factually inaccurate and legally baseless and said the schools attorneys will oppose the motion.ddddddddddddThe complaint was brought in 2015 after a friend of the woman went to a school official who ensures Yales compliance with Title IX, the federal law designed to prevent gender discrimination in education. The lawsuit alleges the Title IX officer brought the complaint despite being told the woman did not believe Montague heard her when she tried to end their sexual encounter. The woman cooperated only after the Title IX officer informed her that Montague had previously received counseling after an incident involving another woman, according to the lawsuit. The lawsuit alleges the school didnt tell her that case involved him shoving a paper plate down someones shirt following a drunken argument outside a pizza parlor. The school countered that the woman was never affirmatively misled by the defendants into participating in a formal complaint process initiated by Yale. The lawsuit is scheduled to go to trial no earlier than February.
